The My Chocolate workshop is a new and unique experience based
on everyone’s favourite indulgence, chocolate!  Founded
by chocolate lover Hannah Saxton, it is the first company dedicated
exclusively to chocolate making workshops.

During the workshop you will have the opportunity to sample,
learn about and create your very own handmade chocolate. As the
company is committed to providing the ultimate chocolate
experience, only chocolate of the highest quality is used.

My Chocolate Workshop
If you’ve never tasted hand-made chocolate created from the
freshest ingredients before, the first and foremost you can expect
that the My Chocolate workshop will be a revelation to your
taste-buds!

Over the course of the workshop, which lasts approximately two
and a half hours you will learn about the origins of chocolate and
the process from bean to bar as well as learn how to make fudge,
praline and truffles. You will have the opportunity to cut, dip and
decorate your own chocolates under a skilled chocolatier’s
guidance. But best of all, you will return home with a ribbon-tied
box of chocolates, as well as detailed recipes to make at your
leisure.

If you enjoy your wine as much as your chocolate you can have a
lesson on dessert wine, port and chocolate pairing. You will have
the chance to sample different chocolates, wines and ports and
learn how best to pair them. A great way to impress friends and
colleagues!
